摘要
本文依托各项政策,在管理学、思想政治教育学、心理学等理论的指导下,对高校辅导员的职业能力提升困境和路径进行了分析,本文运用到的研究方法有文献资料法和调查法,以福建省四所医学院校的辅导员为研究对象,对他们职业能力现状进行研究,发现不足,并提出能够促进其职业能力提升的建议。
On the basis of the policy,in the management of Ideological and political education and psychology theory under the guidance of College Counselors'occupation ability predicament and path are analyzed,the research method used in the paper are literature method and investigation method,the four Medical College of Fujian Province,school counselors as the research object,carried out research status of their occupation ability to find defects,and put forward to promote the occupation ability suggestion.
