摘要
实验技术队伍是地方高校实验室建设和管理的中坚力量,其建设水平决定地方高校的教学、科研和管理水平。通过梳理地方高校实验技术队伍建设存在的问题,厘清建设实验技术队伍思路,结合徐州医科大学的实验技术队伍建设实际,从打破职称瓶颈、优化职称评审条件、科学设置岗位数量、保障队伍建设和强化继续教育等方面着手,打造了一支具有高学历、高素质、专业技能强的实验技术队伍,为学校的教学、科研事业发展做好保障,对建设高水平大学具有重要意义。
As a core force of laboratory’construction and management,the experimental technology team’comprehensive quality,to some extent,has an influence on the level of teaching,scientific research and management in local universities.By carefully sorting out the problems existing in the construction of senior experimental technical teams in local colleges and universities,and clarifying the ideas for the construction of senior experimental technical teams,combined with Xuzhou Medical University experimental technology team building practice,authors'school starts from breaking the bottleneck of professional title,to optimize the evaluation conditions of professional title,set up the number of posts in a scientific way,strengthen the construction of security team and continuing education.The school focuses on building a experimental technical team with high academic degree,high quality and strong professional skills,so as to guarantee the teaching and scientific research of the school.At the same time,it is of great significance to the construction of a high-level university.
