摘要
高校科研实验用房是学校发展的重要物质基础保障。在我国高校内涵式发展的大背景下,研究如何利用有限的资源条件,优化房屋配置方式,提高科研实验用房使用效益,实现高校可持续发展,具有重要现实意义。该文分析了高校科研用房普遍存在的问题,以北京工业大学为例,对科研实验用房的"定额配置、超额有偿使用"管理机制进行研究和探索,提出解决问题的措施和建议。
Scientific research experimental rooms are the important material basis for the university development.Under the background of the connotative development of colleges and universities in China,it is of great practical significance to study how to make use of the limited resources,optimize the allocation of houses,improve the use efficiency of scientific research and experimental houses and realize the sustainable development of colleges and universities.By taking Beijing University of Technology as an example,this paper studies and explores the management mechanism of"Quota allocation and excessive paid utilization"of scientific research laboratory rooms and puts forward measures and suggestions to solve the problems.
