摘要
以人为本是新时期图书馆生存和发展的必然要求。文章提出图书馆以人为本应包涵以读者为本和以馆员为本两个层面。然而,当前在图书馆具体工作过程中还存在重读者轻馆员,重群体轻个体,重管理轻激励的倾向。由此文章提出了在图书馆建设、读者服务活动、图书馆日常管理如何贯穿以读者为本以及以馆员为本的以人为本理念。
People-orientation is an inevitable requirement for the survival and development of libraries in the new era.The paper proposes that the people-orientation of libraries should include two aspects:reader-orientation and librarian-orientation.However,there are still some tendencies in the specific works of libraries,such as valuing readers seriously and librarians lightly,valuing groups seriously and individuals lightly,and valuing management seriously and motivation lightly.Therefore,the paper puts forward how to carry out the reader-oriented and librarian-oriented concepts in construction of libraries,reader service activities and daily management of libraries.
