摘要
目的:探讨芪参益气滴丸对急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者各血清学指标及预后的影响。方法:选取110例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受PCI术治疗,根据入院单双号将受试者分为对照组(n=55)和研究组(n=55),对照组患者术后给予常规西药治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上口服芪参益气滴丸治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后各炎性因子水平及各血管内皮功能指标变化,随访1年后,比较两组不良心血管事件发生率。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者各炎性因子水平均明显降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者各血管内皮功能指标均明显改善,且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者不良心血管事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪参益气滴丸可有效改善患者的血管内皮功能,抗炎作用显著,减少不良心血管事件发生率,疗效确切,对改善急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者预后具有积极意义。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Qishen Yiqi dropping refs on the serum indexes and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.Methods:110 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as research objects,All patients received PCI,The subjects were divided into control group(n=55)and study group(n=55)according to the number of single and even number of admission.Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment after surgery,and patients in the research group were given Qishen Yiqi dropping refs orally on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,levels of inflammatory factors and indicators of vascular endothelial function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was compared between the two groups after 1-year follow-up.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);Compared with before and after treatment,all indexes of vascular endothelial function in the two groups were significantly improved,and the research group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qishen Yiqi dropping refs can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function of patients,have significant anti-inflammatory effects,reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,and have definite efficacy,which is of positive significance for improving the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.
