摘要
为提高盾构刀盘液压驱动系统在不同负载工况条件下的能耗利用率,设计一种智能变功率控制模式的刀盘液压驱动系统。以实际生产的某型盾构机为例,建立盾构刀盘液压驱动系统模型。提出采用智能切换功率级别与恒功率控制相结合的策略,运用模糊控制算法实现根据负载变化智能选择相应的功率级别,从而达到节能高效的目的。结合某工程实际施工过程中外载荷的变化数据,采用AMESim与MATLAB两个软件进行联合仿真,比较了传统的恒功率控制与新型智能变功率控制系统在刀盘转速、工作效率方面的异同。结果表明,采用新型智能变功率控制策略的刀盘液压系统效率比现有液压系统提高近10%。
In order to improve the energy consumption of the shield drive disc hydraulic drive system under different load conditions,people design a hydraulic power drive system with intelligent variable power control mode.Taking a practical shield machine as an example,people are establishing the hydraulic drive system model of shield cutter head.We put forward the strategy of combining intelligent switching power level with constant power control and use fuzzy control algorithm to select the appropriate power level intelligently according to the change of load,so as to achieve the goal of energy saving and high efficiency.Combining with the change data of external load during the actual construction of a project and AMESim and MATLAB software being used for joint simulation that compare the similarities and differences between the traditional constant power control system and the new intelligent variable power control system in the speed and efficiency of cutter head.The results show that the efficiency of cutter head hydraulic system with intelligent variable power control strategy is nearly 10%higher than that of the existing hydraulic system.
