摘要
针对污泥电脱水过程中的液相不连续导致的电阻增大和电流衰减等问题,研究了间断供电方式对该问题的改进效果影响.通过实验研究分析了污泥电脱水参数占空比、单次供电时间和电压的影响作用.结果表明:间断供电方式可以使脱水污泥中的水分产生回流,比连续供电有更好的脱水效果;占空比对脱水效果影响明显,占空比不宜过小或过大,存在一个最佳的范围,本实验结果在4∶1附近;单次供电时间对污泥电脱水效果影响明显,单次供电时间过长会对脱水效果有明显的负面作用;污泥电脱水的耗电情况主要与总脱水量相关,总脱水量越多,脱除单位水分的耗电量越高;电压在间断供电中对脱水效果影响显著,较高电压将会使污泥温升较高,水分分离以相变为主,脱水效果显著但能耗较高.研究认为,采取间断供电方式可以有效改善污泥电脱水效果,但需要对其操作条件进行优化,以实现高效节能的最佳效果.
In view of the problems of increased resistance and current attenuation caused by the discontinuity of the liquid phase in the sludge electro-dewatering process, in this study, we investigated the effects of using intermittent power supply to mitigate this problem. To do so, we conducted experiments to analyze the effects of the duty ratio,single power-on time, and voltage on the electro-dewatering effect of sludge. The results showed that the intermittent power supply could return water to dewatered sludge, and had a better effect than a continuous power supply. The duty ratio had an obvious influence on the dewatering effect and should not be too low or too high. Based on our experimental results, we determined the optimum duty ratio to be around 4∶1. The single power-on time had an obvious influence on the electro-dewatering of sludge, whereby too long a single power-on time exhibited a significant adverse effect. The electricity consumed by the sludge dewatering process was determined to be mainly related to the total amount of dewatering performed. The larger the total dewatering amount, the higher was the electricity consumption per unit of water. The voltage also had an obvious influence on the dewatering effect when using an intermittent power supply. Higher voltage resulted in a higher sludge temperature, and water separation was mainly caused by phase change, in which the dewatering effect was significant but the energy consumption was also higher. Based on the results of our research, use of the intermittent power supply could effectively improve the sludge electro-dewatering effect, but it is necessary to optimize the operating conditions to achieve the highest efficiency in relation to energy consumption.
