多功能四工位换刀装置设计

摘要 针对普通四工位换刀装置的不足,创新设计了多功能四工位换刀装置。使用蜗轮蜗杆、螺杆 、上下离合盘等机构实现了刀架本体中的上刀体转动与锁紧。通过发讯盘上的霍尔传感器、新型机夹 车刀上的垫片状温度传感器、信号采集盖中的红外温度传感器和加速度传感器实时监测刀具的位置、 温度和振动。通过在中轴顶端设置无线充电模块和在信号采集盖中设置无线传感器,实现了换刀装置上 刀体中传感器的连续供电和数据输出。样机试验结果表明,多功能四工位换刀装置运行稳定可靠,实现 了刀具运行状态的实时监控,提高了机床的智能化水平。 Aiming at the shortcomings of common four-position tool changer,a multi functional fourposition tool changer was innovatively designed.The rotation and locking of the upper cutter body in the tool holder body were realized by using worm wheel,worm,screw,upper and lower clutch disc and other mechanisms.The position,temperature and vibration of the cutter were monitored in real time by Hall sensor on the transmission disc,gasket temperature sensor on the lathe tool,infrared temperature sensor in the signal acquisition cover and acceleration sensor.The continuous power supply and data output of the sensor in the tool body of the tool changer were realized by setting the wireless charging module at the top of the axle and the wireless sensor in the signal acquisition cover.The prototype test results show that the multifunctional four-position tool changer runs stably and reliably,realizes the real-time monitoring of the tool running state,and improves the intelligent level of the machine tool.
