摘要
不动产房产分户图制作是不动产权籍调查工作中最重要环节之一。文章基于CSV格式和AutoCAD,通过计算机软件开发技术,将Excel数据表单和CAD图形唯一标识通过CSV格式进行关联自动读取,实现了房产分户图的批量出图。实践证明,该方法能减少人工制图出错率,缩短工作时间,提高工作效率。
Making real estate household map is one of the most important links in the real estate property survey.Based on CSV format and AutoCAD,the unique identification of Excel data sheet and CAD graphic is automationly read through CSV format,which can realize the batch drawing of the real estate household map.It has been proved that this method can reduce manual error rate,shorten working time and improve work efficiency.
