基于“推—拉理论”的群众文化参与的动力提升研究 被引量:3

摘要 群众是群众性文化活动建设的"生产者"与"消费者"。国家明确规定公共文化服务体系建设要"重心下移",强调"引导群众自我表现、自我教育、自我服务"。基于"推-拉"理论分析,引导群众积极参与群众性文化活动建设,需要尊重和发挥其作为"供给侧""生产者"的主体地位,这样才能激发群众参与动机的推动力,增强文化活动建设对群众的吸引力(拉动力),激发群众强身健体、休闲娱乐、群体认同、社会交往、自我发展等推动性动机。同时,还需要政府从政策制定、硬软件投入、社会资金引入、平台建设等方面提供保障,提升群众的参与动力。 The masses are"producers"and"consumers"in the construction of mass cultural activities.The state clearly stipulates that the construction of public cultural service system should"focus down"and emphasize"guiding the masses to self-expression,self-education and self-service".Based on the theoretical analysis of"push-pull",to guide the masses to actively participate in the construction of mass cultural activities,we need to respect and give full play to their main position as"supply side"and"producer",so that we can stimulate the impetus of the masses’participation motivation and the attraction(pull power)of the construction of cultural activities to the masses,so as to stimulate the masses’physical fitness,leisure and entertainment,group identity,social interaction and self-reliance development and other driving motivation.At the same time,it also needs the government to provide guarantee from policy-making,software and hardware investment,social capital introduction,platform construction and other aspects,so as to improve the participation power of the masses.
