摘要
"推拉理论"是社会学领域研究人口流动的重要理论,剖析推拉作用力系统中的方向、形式、主体等构成要素,有利于优化高校师资队伍结构。高校师资队伍结构是一个系统工程,它涉及多个参与主体,要实现高校教师队伍的合理流动,就要在主体间建立畅通的反馈机制,真正发挥他们在推拉理论中的主体作用。
" Push - Pull Theory" is an important theory which is used for the study of population mobility in the field of sociology. The analysis of the direction, form, main body and other elements in the push and pull force system, is conducive to optimizing the structure of college teachers. The structure of college teachers belongs to system engi- neering, involving a number of participants, in order to realize the reasonable flow of teachers in colleges and uni- versities, the feedback mechanism between the main bodies should be established so that they can play their princi- pal role in the "Push -Pull Theory".
