摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作(AECOPD)合并呼吸衰竭的效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者180例,随机分为两组,各90例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗基础上加用益气活血化痰方。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,IL-1β、IL-8、CPR含量均低于对照组,FVC、FVE1、PEF等指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗AECOPD能够提升疗效、缓解炎症反应并改善肺功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of AECOPD combined with respiratory failure treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,180 patients with AECOPD and respiratory failure were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups of 90 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with Yi Qi Huo Xue Hua Tan Formula on the basis of conventional western medicine.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,the contents of IL-1β,IL-8 and CPR were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of FVC,FVE1 and PEF were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the curative effect,relieve inflammation and improve lung function.
