摘要
目的探讨肾结石微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术(MPCNL)后患者采用品管圈护理价值。方法选择2017年11月~2018年11月我院收治的100例肾结石MPCNL患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组采用品管圈护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组手术及护理质量、疼痛程度、并发症总发生率。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术操作时间、住院时间均短于对照组,护理质量评分高于对照组,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾结石采用MPCNL治疗患者开展品管圈活动,可改善手术及护理质量,减轻患者疼痛,保障临床安全。
Objective To investigate the nursing value of quality control of patients with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy and holmium laser lithotripsy(MPCNL).Methods One hundred patients with kidney stones who underwent MPCNL admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group adopted quality control circle nursing.The quality of the operation and nursing,degree of the pain and the total complication rate were compared between two groups.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,the quality of nursing score was higher than that of the control group,visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group,and the total complication rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with kidney stones treated with MPCNL actively carry out quality control circle activities in postoperative care,which can improve the quality of surgery and care,reduce pain and ensure clinical safety.
