摘要
我国煤矿水文地质条件极其复杂;随着深部资源的大规模开发,矿井水害防治形势十分严峻,面临众多挑战。煤层底板存在高承压岩溶含水层,且富水性强或极强时,采用地面区域治理技术,可改善采煤工作面底板状况,消除煤炭开采时的底板突水水害威胁。联合应用地面多分支定向钻探技术和润滑防塌钻井液技术,可全面覆盖受底板水害威胁区域,降低钻探工程造价,减小钻探施工对环境的影响,解决长距离顺层地面定向钻探成孔难度大、钻具易卡阻的难题。
The hydrogeological condition in China coal mine was extremely complicated.With the large scale development of the deep resources,the prevention and control situation of the mine water disaster was pretty severe and would be faced with many challenges.In the floor of the seam,there was a high pressure aquifer in the karst.When the aquifer was high watery or ultra high watery,the control technology could be applied at the surface ground of the mine,could improve the floor condition of the coal mining face and could eliminate the water disaster threat of the seam floor water inrush during the coal mining operation.The combined application of the multi branch directional drilling technology at the mine surface and the lubrication and anti-collapse drilling fluid technology could fully cover the floor water disaster threat region,could reduce the cost of the drilling,could reduce the drilling construction affected to the environment and could solve the high borehole complement difficulty of the long distance directional drilling along the seam floor and the difficulty of the drilling tools jammed.
