摘要
某发电厂300 MW机组汽包锅炉前墙角燃烧器附近水冷壁发生爆管。通过宏观断口分析、化学成分分析、金相分析、扫描电镜分析等方法,对水冷壁管失效原因进行了分析,确定了此次爆管的主要原因为蒸汽腐蚀引起的氢脆。对失效水冷壁管进行换管处理,对机组运行进行调整,提高了机组运行可靠性。
Tube-burst occurs in water wall near the corner burner in the front of a 300MW steam drum boiler in a power plant.By means of macroscopic fracture analysis,chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis and scanning electron microscopy,the failure cause of the water wall tube is analyzed,and the main cause of the tube-burst is hydrogen embrittlement caused by steam corrosion.The failed water wall tube is replaced and the unit operation is adjusted to improve the reliability of the unit.
