实境教学模式在妇科护理岗位综合实训中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的总结并归纳实境教学模式在妇科护理岗位综合实训中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月164名在该院进行综合实训的助产专业学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用实境教学模式,对两组实训学生的理论成绩与临床操作技能成绩进行考核,并发放问卷,探究学生对两种教学方式的认同度与满意度。结果观察组的理论成绩、临床操作技能成绩以及对于综合实训在提高其沟通能力、团队协作能力、分析解决问题能力、护理评估能力、应变能力、激发学习兴趣等方面的认同度和对教学的满意度均远高于对照组(P<0.05),对比探析价值较高。结论将实境教学模式应用于妇科护理岗位综合实训中,可促进学生将理论知识更好地应用于实际操作中,显著提高学生的临床实践能力、团队协作能力、沟通能力、护理评估能力、应变能力等,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的专业素质,在临床上具有较高的应用价值,值得推广使用。 Objective To summarize and summarize the application effect of the expedition teaching mode in the comprehensive training of gynecological nursing posts.Methods A total of 164 midwifery students in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group used the traditional teaching mode.The observation group used the reality teaching mode to train the two groups.The students'theoretical scores and clinical operation skills scores were assessed,and questionnaires were issued to explore students'recognition and satisfaction with the two teaching methods.Results The observational group's theoretical achievement,clinical operation skill scores,and the recognition and training of comprehensive training in improving communication skills,teamwork ability,analytical problem-solving ability,nursing evaluation ability,adaptability,and interest in learning satisfaction rate was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the comparative analysis value was higher.Conclusion Applying the expedition teaching mode to the comprehensive training of gynecological nursing posts can promote students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical operations,and significantly improve students'clinical practice ability,teamwork ability,communication ability and nursing evaluation ability.resilience,etc.,to stimulate students'interest in learning,improve the professional quality of students,has a high application value in clinical,it is worth promoting.
