摘要
以小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)"郑麦0943"为材料,采用盆栽试验,研究不同质量浓度(2,4,6 g/L)海藻酸钠寡糖(AOS)灌根处理对小麦根际土壤特性和养分吸收利用的影响。结果表明:和对照相比,2 g/L AOS处理的根际脲酶、磷酸转化酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别较对照显著提高68.1%、14.4%和16.9%;4 g/L和6 g/L处理的根际脲酶活性也显著增加。3个质量浓度AOS处理的小麦根际速效氮含量显著降低19.5%~27.5%,但速效钾含量显著增加15.6%~40.9%,pH也显著提高。4 g/L和6 g/L AOS处理的小麦氮、磷、钾总累积量有不同程度增加。3个质量浓度AOS处理的小麦氮、磷利用效率分别显著高于对照3.5%~8.9%和6.8%~8.6%;2 g/L AOS处理的钾利用效率也显著提高3.2%。该结果说明AOS灌根处理可改善小麦根系微环境、促进小麦对养分的吸收和利用。
Using wheat "Zhengmai 0943"as the test materal,pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of irrigating root with different concentrations(2,4,6 g/L)of alginate oligosaccharide(AOS)on rhizosphere soil properties and nutrient absorption and utilization of wheat.The result showed that the activities of urease,phosphatase and catalase in the rhizosphere soils under 2 g/L AOS treatment increased significantly by 68.1%,14.4% and 16.9% compared to those of the control,and urease activity in the rhizosphere soil under 4 g/L and 6 g/L AOS treatments also increased significantly.The contents of available nitrogen in the rhizosphere soils under three AOS treatments of different concentrations decreased by 19.5%~27.5%,but the contents of available potassium increased by 15.6%~40.9%,and the pH also increased significantly.The accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in wheat under 4 g/L and 6 g/L AOS treatments also increased to varying degrees.The utilization efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus of wheat under three AOS treatments increased significantly by 3.5%~8.9% and 6.8%~8.6%,respectively.Moreover,the potassium utilization efficiency of 2 g/L AOS treatment also increased significantly by 3.2%.The results indicated that irrigating root with AOS solution improved rhizo-microecological system,and promoted nutrient absorption and utilization of crops.
