乙醇汽油推广形势下的碳四资源加工技术 被引量:3

C4 RESOURCE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY UNDER THE SITUATION OF ETHANOL GASOLINE TO BE IMPLEMENTED

摘要 介绍碳四资源烯烃叠合间接烷基化及以异丁烷为主的直接烷基化加工技术。乙醇汽油的即将实施倒逼MTBE装置改造转产异辛烷,国产化技术中石科院推广选择性和非选择性烯烃叠合—加氢间接烷基化技术,装置大部分利旧并新建加氢、分离等单元;国Ⅴ、国Ⅵ汽油质量升级需要优质的高辛烷值组分,近几年中国石化系统及地炼企业烷基化装置大批量新建,氢氟酸烷基化技术逐步淘汰,应用市场以硫酸法为主,尤其是低温硫酸法,新开发的固体酸法解决了液体酸法的部分缺陷,复合离子液体法因较多优点成为新的应用热点。本文对各项技术进行了分类讲解及汇总横向对比分析,利于快速了解碳四资源加工利用新技术。 The indirect alkylation of alkenes oligomerization and the direct alkylation mainly by isobutene for C4 resources process technologies were introduced.To be implemented ethanol gasoline forcing reform of the MTBE unit to switch to production of isobutene.Among the homemade technologies,selective and non-selective alkenes oligomerization and hydrogenation indirect alkylation technologies were popularized by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing.The existing equipment of MTBE unit could be utilized and hydrogenation&separation section would be new built for the unit reform.High-quality and high octane number components were needed for upgrading of nationalⅤand nationalⅥgasoline.In recent years,a large number of new alkylation units had been built in SINOPEC and local refining enterprises,the hydrofluoric acid alkylation technology was phased out gradually.Sulphuric acid method was the main applied technology especially the low temperature sulphuric acid method.Partial defects of the liquid acid method were solved by the new developed solid acid method.The combined ion liquid method with many advantages was the new application hotspot.Classified explanation and summary,crosswise and contrastive analysis of the previously mentioned technologies were described by the paper,which was benefit to quickly understand the new technology for processing and utilization of C4 resources.
