太空隔热特种涂料在延迟焦化装置加热炉上的应用

摘要 加热炉是炼化企业最大的耗能设备。影响加热炉热效率的因素有很多,其中因加热炉炉壁温度过高而导致热量损失过多,是使其热效率降低的重要因素之一。文章简要阐述太空隔热特种涂料性能及原理,并对其在加热炉上的应用效果进行评价。1.40 Mt/a延迟焦化装置加热炉喷涂太空隔热特种涂料后,外壁温度明显下降,散热损失大幅减小,节能降耗效果显著。 Heating furnace was the biggest energy consuming equipment in refining and chemical enterprises. Thermal efficiency of the heating furnace was affected by many factors, one of the most important factors was the higher temperature of the heating furnace wall resulting in excessive heat lost, and the thermal efficiency was decreased. Properties and principle of the space heat-insulated special paint were introduced briefly, and its application effect in the heating furnace was evaluated. After the heating furnace was coating by the space heat-insulated special paint in 1.40 Mt/a delayed coking unit, the outside wall temperature of the heating furnace was declined obviously, heat emission loss was reduced substantially, and energy saving effect was obvious.
