摘要
以中医学益气生肌、益气生脉、活血通络等气血理论为基础,以"营卫承制调平"理论为核心,系统阐述益气活血中药防治消渴痹证的作用及机理。重点介绍"营血-血管内皮-益气生脉""卫气-血管平滑肌-益气生肌"与消渴痹证的相关性,为营卫气血关系、益气生肌/生脉、活血通络等理论提供研究思路和方法,进而丰富营卫气血理论的科学内涵及外延。
Based on qi and blood theories such as benefiting qi for promoting granulation,benefiting qi for generating vessels,promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the core theory of"balance of nutrient qi and defensive qi inhibition and restraining",this paper systematically explained the role and mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine for benefiting qi for promoting blood circulation in preventing and treating consumptive thirst bi syndrome.The emphasis is on the correlation between"nutrient blood-vascular endothelial-benefiting qi for generating vessels","defensive qi-vascular smooth muscle-benefiting qi for promoting granulation"and consumptive thirst bi syndrome,so as to provide research ideas and methods for TCM theories of nutrient qi,defensive qi,qi and blood relationship,benefiting qi for promoting granulation,benefiting qi for generating vessels,promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals,and then enrich the scientific connotation and extension of nutrient qi,defensive qi,qi and blood theory.
