摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,移动网络已经融入各行各业。在此大背景下,博物馆依托“互联网+”理念实现公共服务的智慧化成为一种趋势。而票务管理作为公共服务的基础工作,同时也是窗口环节。以北京天文馆为例,根据前期需求的调研结果,分析了现有售票平台中存在的不足,阐述拟搭建的全新设计方案,试图对结构及流程进行优化,为场馆票务管理系统集成水平的提升奠定基础。
With the rapid development of information technology,the network has been integrated into all walks of life.In this context,it has become a trend for museums to rely on"Internet+"to realize the intelligence of public services.Ticket management is the basic link of public services and also the window.Taking Beijing Planetarium as an example,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing ticket system based on the results of the preliminary demand survey.It expounds the design plan to be built.It optimizes the existing ticket system structure and process.And it lays the foundation for the integration level of the ticket management system.
