摘要
在石化行业发生火灾工况下,火场周边的金属设备受到热辐射影响,不适合完全判废,需要实施受火损伤影响下的材料评级和合于使用评价。针对Q345R钢,进行不同受火温度、保温时间和冷却方式下的模拟受火损伤热暴露试验,并对受火损伤试样进行拉伸性能试验、微观结构观察和腐蚀试验,研究不同受火温度、不同保温时间和不同冷却方式对Q345R钢性能的影响。
In the case of fire hazard conditions in the petrochemical industry,the metal equipment around the fire site is affected by thermal radiation and is not suitable for complete abolition.It is necessary to carry out material ranking and appraisal of application level under the influence of the damage by fire.For Q345R steel,the simulated damage by fire heat exposure test under different fire temperature,holding time and cooling mode was carried out,while the test specimen damaged by fire should complete tensile properties test,microstructure observation and corrosion test to investigate the influence of different fire temperatures,different holding times and different cooling modes on the properties of Q345R steel.
