07MnNiMoDR钢火灾后冲击韧性和断裂韧度试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 对经历了不同温度、保温时间和冷却速率热处理后的07 MnNiMoDR钢进行了冲击和断裂韧度试验。结果表明,空冷和水冷下07 MnNiMoDR钢受火后,其冲击吸收能量和断裂韧度急剧下降时的温度临界值为650℃,冲击吸收能量在750℃时达到最小值40 J左右,仅为原母材的15%;750℃时断裂韧度达到113~124 kJ/m2的最小值范围,仅为原母材的46.9%。受火温度低于800℃时,07 MnNiMoDR钢的冲击吸收能量不受保温时间的影响。当受火温度在650℃以下,空冷和水冷时在不同保温时间下的冲击吸收能量均能满足大于80 J的要求;在温度临界值至800℃范围内,07 MnNiMoDR钢的冲击吸收能量低于80 J。 Impact and fracture toughness tests for 07 MnNiMoDR after different heat treatment processes with different temperature,holding time and cooling rate were carried out. The results show that,critical temperature for the impact absorbed energy and fracture toughness to decrease rapidly after fire is 650℃, the former reaches a minimum about 40 J which is 15% of the parent material and the latter reaches a minimum in the range of 113-124 kJ/m2 which is 46. 9% of the parent material at 750 ℃. The effect of holding time on the impact absorbed energy is not obvious when the temperature is lower than 800 ℃. When the temperature is below 650 ℃,the absorbed energy of 07MnNiMoDR steel with different holding time under air cooling and water cooling conditions can meet the requirements of more than 80 J,but it is less than 80 J at the range of the critical temperature to 800 ℃.
