摘要
中石油第二建设公司承建的4000m3球罐是兰州石化公司300万t/a重油催化裂化装置的配套工程,该球罐的球壳材料采用日本NKK公司生产的NK-HITEN610U2钢,文章对NK-HITEN610U2钢的化学成分和力学性能进行了分析,该钢属于低焊接裂纹敏感性高强钢,具有良好的焊接性和抗裂性,焊接该类钢主要是防止产生冷裂纹和热影响区脆化,控制线能量是焊接工艺措施中的关键。另外,控制焊条熔敷金属扩散氢含量犤H犦、选择适当的预热温度和焊后及时进行消氢处理,也是防止冷裂纹和热影响区脆化必不可少的措施。按照工艺评定确定的参数对4000m3球罐进行焊接,取得了良好的效果。
The shell material of a 4 000 m3 spherical tank that was constructed by CNPC Second Construction Company,is steel NK-HITEN610U2 produced by NKK Company of Japan. After analyzing the chemical composition and mechanical property,it is realized that the focus of that steel weldability should be on preventing cold cracks and heat influence zone embrittlement;the absolutely necessary measures are to control linear energy and diffusible hydrogen content in electrode deposited metal,to select proper pre-heat temperature and to punctually perform hydrogen-eliminating treatment. According to the parameters obtained from process assessment,the spherical tank welding was successfully done.
