摘要
目的研究锁定钢板与双切口双钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法选择76例于我院接受复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗的患者,纳入时间为2017年10月—2018年10月,采用抽签法将其分为试验组与参照组,每组均38例。其中参照组采用锁定钢板内固定治疗,实验组行双切口双钢板内固定治疗。结果2组患者术后膝关节情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与参照组相比,试验组恢复时间较短,实验组术中出血量水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者复杂胫骨平台骨折临床疗效及并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复杂胫骨平台骨折患者通过双切口双钢板内固定治疗临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of locking plate and double incision double plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods 76 patients who received treatment for complex tibial plateau fracture in our hospital were selected and included for the period from October 2017 to October 2018.They were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by drawing lots,38 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with locking plate internal fixation,and the experimental group was treated with double incision and double plate internal fixation.Results There was no difference in postoperative knee joint condition between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the recovery time of the experimental group was shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no difference in clinical efficacy and complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion the clinical effect of double incision and double plate internal fixation for complex tibial plateau fractures is significant.
