摘要
目的探讨保健指导对儿童早期生长发育的影响效果观察。方法按照本次实验要求,从2017年1月—2018年1月来院就诊的儿童中,选取出200例儿童,按照双盲随机法将200例儿童分为观察组与对照组,为对照组儿童实施简单的健康教育,而观察组儿童则在传统健康教育的基础上,给予儿童保健指导,在实验结束后,观察两组儿童的智力发育指数、心理运动发育指数以及身高。结果观察组儿童的智力发育指数、心理运动发育指数以及身高平均值与对照组儿童相比,观察组儿童的生长发育明显优于对照组儿童,两组儿童的数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在儿童早期生长发育阶段为其实施保健指导,能有效的促进儿童生长发育,提升儿童的智力与心理运动发育水平,促进身心发育具有临床护理意义与应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of health guidance on early growth and development in children.Methods According to the requirements of this experiment,200 children were selected from the children who came to hospital from January 2017 to January 2018,and 200 children were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the double blind random method.The children in the control group were given simple health education,while the children in the observation group were given the children's insurance on the basis of traditional health education.At the end of the experiment,the mental development index,psychomotor developmental index and height of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the growth and development of children in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference of data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can effectively promote the growth and development of children,improve the level of mental and psychological development of children,and promote the clinical nursing significance and application value through the implementation of health guidance in the early stage of children's growth and development.
