摘要
目的分析儿童保健门诊营养性缺铁性贫血的现状。方法对2013年5月—2016年12月本中心儿童保健门诊营养性缺铁性贫血情况进行回顾性调查。结果在检测血常规的3 180例门诊服务中,营养性缺铁性贫血619例,检出率为19.47%,其中6个月~1岁、1~2岁和2~3岁组营养性缺铁性贫血的检出率分别为32.88%、10.83%和5.76%,不同年龄组检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=296.01,P<0.05),不同体格发育评价结果(χ~2=14.89,P<0.05)、出生时孕龄(χ~2=686.86,P<0.05)、出生体质量(χ~2=7.92,P<0.05)、喂养方式(χ~2=6.34,P<0.05)、是否及时添加辅食(χ~2=10.15,P<0.05)的检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义,而不同性别检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.31,P>0.05)。结论我中心儿童保健门诊营养性缺铁性贫血与年龄、出生时胎龄、出生体质量、喂养方式、辅食添加、生长发育水平等因素有关。建议开展全市缺铁性贫血抽样调查。龄(χ~2=686.86,P<0.05)、出生体质量(χ~2=7.92,P<0.05)、喂养方式(χ~2=6.34,P<0.05)、是否及时添加辅食(χ~2=10.15,P<0.05)的检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义,而不同性别检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.31,P>0.05)。结论我中心儿童保健门诊营养性缺铁性贫血与年龄、出生时胎龄、出生体质量、喂养方式、辅食添加、生长发育水平等因素有关。建议开展全市缺铁性贫血抽样调查。
Objective To analyze the status of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children＇s health clinics. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the nutritional deficiency anemia from May 2013 to December 2016 in children＇s health clinics. Results In 3 180 outpatient services that test the blood routine, 619 cases of nutritional iron deficiency anemia, the detection rate was 19.47%, the rates of iron deficiency anemia in 6 months to 1 years, 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 years old were 32.88%, 10.83% and 5.76%, respectively. The difference of detection rate in different age groups was statistically significant（χ^2=296.01, P〈0.05）. The results of different physical development（χ^2=14.89, P〈0.05）, gestational age at birth（χ^2=686.86, P〈0.05）, the mass of the birth body（χ^2=7.92, P〈0.05）, the way of feeding（χ^2=6.34, P〈0.05）, whether the detection rate of supplementary food（χ^2=10.15, P〈0.05） was compared in time, the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between different sex detection rates（χ^2=3.31, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nutritional deficiency anemia in our children＇s health clinic is related to age, gestational age, birth weight, feeding mode, supplementary feeding, growth and development level. A sample survey of iron deficiency anemia was recommended.
