摘要
为探讨将PNF技术与中医保健按摩相结合对跟腱断裂修复术后的影响,挑选出符合情况的在齐齐哈尔市附属第二医院康复科进行治疗的24例跟腱断裂患者进行分组实验,每组12人,分为对照组--中医康复保健按摩组,实验组--PNF结合中医康复保健按摩组,并对2组患者进行有针对性的训练.对照组在常规康复训练的基础上额外增加小腿及足部中医保健按摩手法的患者康复优良率为58.33%,远低于实验组在常规康复训练的基础上额外增加PNF技术以及小腿、足部中医保健按摩手法的患者康复优良率(83.33%).结果表明,在进行跟腱断裂修复术后的功能恢复康复训练中,通过采用PNF技术与中医保健按摩相结合得到更明显的足部功能改善.
To explore the effect of PNF technology combined with traditional Chinese medical massage on the repair of achilles tendon rupture.Twenty-four patients with achilles tendon rupture treated in the rehabili-tation department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar City were selected and divided into two groups,control group and experimental group,each group has 12 people,and carry out targeted training for the two groups of patients.The excellent and good rate of the patients in the control group who added the traditional Chinese medicine massage technique of leg and foot on the basis of routine rehabilitation training was 58.33%,which was much lower than that of the patients in the experimental group who added PNF technique and traditional Chinese medicine massage technique of leg and foot on the basis of routine rehabilitation training(83.33%).The results showed that,in the functional rehabili-tation training after repair of achilles tendon rupture,the combination of PNF technology and traditional Chinese medicine massage can improve the foot function more obviously.
