摘要
目的综合性评价健脾方联合按摩手法治疗对小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月于抚顺市中医院儿科门诊及病房收治的厌食症患儿60例,入组病例采取信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用健脾方内服治疗方案,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合按摩手法治疗方案,观察2组患儿治疗前后厌食消失时间、中医证候积分及临床有效率变化情况。结果经临床治疗后,试验组厌食症状消失时间(5.12±1.61)d,中医证候积分(3.21±2.17)分,临床总有效率96.67%;对照组:厌食症状消失时间(6.73±2.32)d,中医证候积分(5.16±3.03)分,临床总有效率83.33%。试验组明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾方联合按摩手法治疗可有效改善患儿食欲及食量,促进胃肠道蠕动,减轻患儿腹胀、便秘症状,健脾开胃,消食止泻,调和脏腑,滋养营卫,临床效果优异,值得临床推广。
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of strengthening spleen recipe combined with massage therapy on anorexia in children. Methods Sixty patients with anorexia were enrolled in the pediatric outpatient department and ward of Fushun City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019. The enrolled cases were randomly divided into groups by enveloping method. 30 cases in the control group took oral treatment plan, and 30 patients in the experimental group combined with massage therapy on the basis of the control group. The disappearance time of anorexia, TCM syndrome scores and clinical effective rate before and after treatment was observed. Results After clinical treatment, in the experimental group, time of disappearance of anorexia symptoms(5.12±1.61) d, TCM syndrome score(3.21±2.17), total clinical effective rate of 96.67%. In the control group, time of disappearance of anorexia symptoms(6.73 ±2.32) d, TCM syndrome score(5.16±3.03), total clinical effective rate(83.33%). The experimental group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion strengthening spleen recipe combined with massage therapy can effectively improve the appetite and food intake of children, promote gastrointestinal motility, reduce the symptoms of abdominal distension and constipation. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
