摘要
目的研究肘关节恐怖三联征患者实施外侧入路联合前内侧入路手术治疗的效果。方法选取2015年9月至2018年9月本院收治的36例肘关节恐怖三联征患者作为研究对象,采用奇偶法分为实验组与参照组,各18例。参照组采用外侧入路手术治疗,实验组行外侧入路联合前内侧入路手术治疗,对比两组患者手术前后肘关节评分、相关指标、手术疗效。结果手术前两组患者肘关节相关评分差异无统计学意义。手术后实验组疼痛、屈伸运动幅度、关节稳定性、日常生活功能等评分均高于参照组;与参照组相比,实验组住院时间、骨愈合时间较短;实验组肘关节恐怖三联征手术疗效为94.44%,高于参照组的66.67%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肘关节恐怖三联征患者行外侧入路联合前内侧入路手术治疗的效果确切,能够改善患者肘关节功能,促进患者术后恢复,应予以临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of lateral approach combined with anterior medial approach for the treatment of elbow joint triad.Methods 36 patients with triad of the elbow joint in our hospital were enrolled from September 2015 to September 2018. They were divided into experimental group and reference group by parity method, with 18 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with lateral approach surgery,and the experimental group was treated with lateral approach combined with anterior medial approach. The elbow joint scores, related indicators, and surgical outcomes were compared before and after surgery. Results There was no significant difference in the elbow joint scores between the two groups before operation. The scores of pain, flexion and extension, joint stability and daily living function of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group after surgery. Compared with the reference group, the hospitalization time and bone healing time in the experimental group were shorter. The curative effect of the elbow joint triad surgery in the experimental group(94.44%) was higher than that in the reference group(66.67%), and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The lateral approach of the elbow joint triad is effective in the treatment of the lateral approach and the anterior medial approach. It can improve the elbow joint function and promote postoperative recovery. It should be clinically promoted.
