摘要
通过构建创新-协调-绿色-开放-共享综合测度体系,采用正态云与关联函数法建立工业发展质量测度模型,对其进行时序变化、横向截面和未来趋势3个维度的检验。研究表明:2008~2017年期间工业发展质量分别呈现出"U"型、表面维稳和良性跃迁的变迁规律,总体上呈持续提升的趋势,而稳增长仍是现阶段其发展的主基调。其空间分布上呈现为中间集聚,两端分散、由东向西呈梯度递减的基本格局,以及具有较为显著的都市联动效应。未来发展中,工业发展质量存在向高质量提升的态势,但仍存在部分关键性短板指标亟待改善。
The "innovation-coordination-green-open-sharing" development quality measurement system was constructed, and the industrial development quality measurement model was constructed by normal cloud and correlation function method, and the analysis of the quality was carried out from time series changes, lateral sections and future trends. Results showed that from 2008 to 2017, the quality of industrial development showed the change pattern of "U" type, surface stability and benign transition, and generally had a trend of continuous improvement and "stable growth" was still the main tone of its development. Its spatial distribution showed the"middle agglomeration, scattered at both ends", the basic pattern of "gradient declining" from east to west, and a more significant"urban linkage effect". In the future development, it had the potential to upgrade to the "high quality" stage. However, there were still some key short-board indicators that need to be improved.
