摘要 简述头尾削尖技术的原理、功能和控制方法,重点介绍头尾削尖技术在Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm套管上的开发和应用情况。应用结果表明:头尾削尖技术的应用,可有效减少Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm套管的头尾增厚长度,从而减少其切头尾的长度,切头尾率从14.85%降到12.00%,成材率提高了2%左右。 Briefed in the paper are the principle,the function and the control method of the technology for shar-pening both head end and tail end of the pipe,focusing on the development and application thereof concerning manufacturing theΦ473.08 mm×11.05 mm oil casing.The actual application result shows that owing to the adoption of the said technology,the thickened lengths of both the front end and rear end of theΦ473.08 mm×11.05 mm oil casing are obviously reduced,and in turn the crop lengths are reduced,having resulted in cut down of the cropping rate from the original 14.85%to 12.00%,and accordingly increase of the yield by 2%approximately.
