摘要
IF钢在汽车工业中应用广泛。进行IF钢热轧生产时,经常会出现边部线状缺陷,严重影响产品质量与成材率。为确定具体控制措施,需要首先明确IF钢边部线状缺陷的产生机理。为此,本文首先对IF钢热轧边部线状缺陷的宏观与微观形貌进行分析,总结其具体特征;然后通过理论分析、实际参数检测与实验相结合的方法,明确了边部线状缺陷的具体产生机理为:中间坯侧面褶皱+角部金属翻转,并对两类褶皱产生机理进行了详尽阐述。本文研究结果为制定边部线状缺陷的控制措施提供了理论基础,指明了具体方向。
IF steel is widely used in automobile industry.In hot rolling production of IF steel,edge seam defects often occur,which seriously affects product quality and yield.In order to determine the specific control measures,it is necessary to clarify the mechanism of edge seam defects of IF steel.In this paper,the macro and micro morphologies of edge seam defects are analyzed firstly,and their specific characteristics are summarized.Then,through the combination of theoretical analysis,practical parameter detection and experiment,the specific mechanism of edge seam defects is defined as:side creases on the side of intermediate billet+corner metal turnover,and the generation mechanisms of two types of creases are also discussed in detail.The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of control measures for edge seam defects,and point out the specific direction.
