摘要
目的:研究评价优质护理措施对脑肿瘤手术患者术后改善生活及睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年2月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的脑肿瘤手术患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组采用一般手术护理模式,观察组在前者护理基础上实施优质护理,观察2组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理前后SF-36量表评分高于对照组,睡眠质量PSQI评分低于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理措施对脑肿瘤手术患者取得了良好的临床护理效果,减少不良反应的发生,提高患者睡眠质量和生命质量,值得推广。
Objective:To study and evaluate the effect of quality nursing measures on improving the quality of life and sleep of patients with brain tumors after operation.Methods:A total of 62 patients with brain tumors treated in our hospital from June 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,31 cases in each group.The control group was given general operation nursing mode,while the observation group were given high-quality nursing on the basis of the former nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was observed.Results:The SF-36 scale score before and after nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group;the PSQI score of sleep quality was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing measures have achieved good clinical nursing effect for patients undergoing brain tumour surgery,reduced the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improved the quality of sleep and life of patients.It is worth promoting.
