摘要
目的:对影响维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量的因素进行分析,且对其进行全面的护理干预措施。方法:选取2017年4月至2018年9月安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的肾脏损害需要进行维持性血液透析检查的患者120例作为研究对象,平均分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组采取常规护理方式,而观察组在此基础上再对其进行全面的护理干预措施,比较2组患者的入睡时间、睡眠时间以及患者身体各项指标(透析时间、血清钙、血清磷、血红蛋白、合并高血压病以及合并糖尿病)。结果:对2组患者进行实验后,观察组中维持性血液透析患者的入睡时间、睡眠时间以及患者身体各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:维持性血液透析患者在护理干预的措施下,可以有效地改善睡眠质量,使其睡眠时间增长,入睡时间变短,且透析时间、血清钙、血清磷、血红蛋白、合并高血压病以及合并糖尿病均会影响患者的睡眠质量。
Objective:To analyze the factors affecting sleep quality of patients with maintenance hemodialysis,and to carry out comprehensive nursing intervention measures.Methods:A total of 120 patients with renal damage in the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from April 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the subjects of study.They were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).The control group was treated with routine nursing.On this basis,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measures to compare the falling asleep time of the two groups.Sleep time and body parameters(dialysis time,serum calcium,serum phosphorus,hemoglobin,hypertension and diabetes).Results:After the experiment of the two groups,the sleep time,sleep time and physical indicators of patients with maintenance hemodialysis in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,with significant differences and statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maintenance hemodialysis patients in nursing intervention measures,can effectively improve the quality of sleep,make their sleep time increase,fall asleep time become shorter,and dialysis time,serum calcium,serum phosphorus,hemoglobin,combined with hypertension and diabetes patients can affect the quality of sleep.
