摘要
目的探讨放松训练结合音乐疗法对诱导期血液透析患者心理及生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年7月—2023年2月福建省泉州市第一医院收治的90例血液透析患者为研究对象。按照护理方法不同分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行放松训练结合音乐疗法。比较2组护理前后心理状况及生活质量评分。结果护理后,2组患者的抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)和焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者SDS和SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SDS、SAS护理前后差值分别为(14.11±5.39)分、(15.61±4.42)分,对照组SDS、SAS护理前后差值分别为(8.71±2.23)分、(8.82±2.72)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者生活质量评分高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能护理前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将放松训练结合音乐疗法用于诱导期血液透析患者中能够安抚患者焦虑抑郁情绪,使其生活质量得到提高,可以在诱导期血液透析患者临床护理中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of relaxation training combined with music therapy on psychology and quality of life of hemodialysis patients during induction period.Methods A total of 90 hemodialysis patients admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital,Fujian from July 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received relaxation training combined with music therapy on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological status and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of patients in two groups were lower than those before nursing,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference before and after SDS care and difference before and after SAS care in observation group were(14.11±5.39)points and(15.61±4.42)points,the difference before and after SDS care and difference before and after SAS care in control group were(8.71±2.23)points and(8.82±2.72)points,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of physical function,psychological function and social function before and after nursing between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of relaxation training combined with music therapy in induction hemodialysis patients can soothe the anxiety and depression of patients and improve their quality of life,which can b
