摘要
科学合理的人力资源绩效管理作为推动企业发展的基础性动力,关键在于管理体系的完善度。本文通过对人力资源管理与绩效管理概念的分析,针对我国企业在人力资源绩效管理方面普遍存在的问题,提出改进策略及体系构建策略。
The scientific and reasonable human resource performance management is the basic driving force for enterprise development,and the key lies in the perfection of the management system.Based on the analysis of the concepts of human resource management and performance management,this paper proposes improvement strategies and system construction strategies in view of the general problems of human resources performance management in Chinese enterprises.
