摘要
船舶电气精细化施工实操实训场地建设以船舶电气工艺设计和精细化施工及流程再造为突破点,立足船舶电气施工工艺全过程,解决船舶电气施工工艺实操培训难以实施的问题。学生经过船舶电气工艺设计与施工课程系统的理论学习和实际操作训练后,真正达到企业员工岗前培训水平,毕业后达到"零距离"上岗。
The building of ship electrical fine construction practice training site takes ship electrical process design and fine construction and process re-engineering as a breakthrough point. It is based on the whole process of ship electrical construction to solve the problem that the practical training of ship electrical construction process is difficult to implement. After the systematic theoretical study and practical operation training of the ship electrical process design and construction, the students really reach the level of pre-service training for employees, and reach " zero distance" on the job after graduation.
