摘要
实训基地是对学生开展职业素养培训、实践能力训练的重要场所,目前东职院政府采购管理专业在实训基地建设中存在数量太少、配置落后、队伍建设水平不高等问题,在实训基地管理中存在规划不科学、利用率低下、管理效率不高等情况,通过整合实训教学资源、实施实训场地的一体化建设、创建校内经营性实训基地等措施来推动基地建设,通过构建以实训中心作为核心的新型管理模式、引入开放式管理理念、实行三级分管模式可更科学地对基地进行管理。
The training base is an important place for students to carry out professional quality training and practical ability training.At present,there are some problems in the construction of training bases of government procurement management major of Dongguan Polytechnic.For example,the quantity is too few,the configuration is backward,and the teachers’team construction level is not high.In the management of training bases,there are situations such as unscientific planning,low utilization rate,and low management efficiency.By integrating practical training resources,implementing integrated construction of training venues,and creating intra-school operational training bases,the base will be promoted.By constructing a new management model with the training center as the core,introducing an open management concept,and implementing a three-level management model,the base can be managed more scientifically.
