摘要
针对军改后省军区被赋予新的职能和任务实际,为更好地履行新职能和担当新使命,提出军民协同推进新时代国防动员建设发展应把握好四个方面的问题,供相关部门参考。
Considering the reality of assignment of new functional tasks for provincial military command region after military reformation,this paper focuses on how to take charge of new functional tasks,then puts forward 4 aspects of strategy on how to promote the construction and development of national defense mobilization with civil-military integration,so as to provide references to the relate departments.
