摘要
目的建立苦瓜提取物的高效液相指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法,WondaSil C18色谱柱,用甲醇-0.1%磷酸作为流动相进行梯度洗脱。检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为0.8 mL/min。结果DAD图谱中有15个共有峰,确定为其指纹峰。采用国家药典委员会“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012A版)”自动处理,相对保留时间RSD范围为0.08%~0.98%。结论该方法操作简便、稳定、重复性好,可作为苦瓜提取物的质量控制评价标准。
Objective To establish a method for scientific evaluation and effective control of balsam pear extract quality by high performance liquid fingerprint.Methods The elution was carried out by HPLC chromatography,WondaSil C18 column chromatography and methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid as the mobile phase.DAD detection wavelength was 254 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,and the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.Results There were 15 common peaks appeared in the DAD fingerprints,which were defined by software in the committee of pharmacopeia of China.The RSD range was 0.08%to 0.98%of relative retention time.Conclusion The method is simple,stable and reproducible,and it can be used as a quality control evaluation standard for balsam pear extract.
