摘要
针对国内板式家具包装生产线主要依靠人工作业的现状,提出一种板式家具自动化包装线的设计。该生产线主要由纸箱封箱设备、机械臂码垛设备、薄膜缠绕设备组成,整条生产线的人工工作量较少,纸箱运行速度可调控,便于实现包装效率的最大化。所设计的纸箱封箱设备可以适应不同尺寸的纸箱,实现了柔性化生产。该包装线生产效率高,包装质量好。
In view of the status quo of domestic panel furniture packaging production line mainly relying on manual operation,design of an automatic packaging line for panel furniture was proposed.This paper designed and completed an automatic packaging line for panel furniture mainly consisting of carton sealing equipment,mechanical arm palletizing equipment and film winding equipment.The workload required for manual operation is small,the operation speed of the paper tray can be adjusted,and the packaging efficiency is maximized.The designed carton sealing equipment can be adapted to different carton sizes to achieve flexible production,The packaging line features high production efficiency and good packaging quality.
