摘要
目的探讨中医辨证治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法将我院收治的114例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组57例。对照组患者应用常规治疗,试验组加用中医辨证治疗。观察比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前、后Th1、Th2相关因子水平及肺功能。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为94.74%,明显高于对照组的77.19%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ水平均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者IL-4、IL-6、IL-10水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC均提高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的效果显著,可调节免疫紊乱情况,改善患者肺功能,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM differentiation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 114 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 57 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy,and the patients in the experimental group were given TCM differentiation additionally.The clinical effects,levels of Th1 and Th2 related factors and pulmonary function before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 77.19%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-12 and IFN-γin the two groups increased,and those of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 in the two groups decreased,and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC of the two groups increased,and those of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM differentiation treatment applied to patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure can get a significant effect,regulate the immune disorders,and improve the lung function of patients,which is worth popularizing.
