摘要
滚筒和托辊是煤矿带式输送机的重要零部件,其可靠性关系到煤炭井下运输系统的工作效率,因此利用科学的方法对滚筒和托辊的可靠性进行研究是非常必要的。文中对常见的滚筒体包胶磨损、滚筒体压裂开焊、滚筒轴损坏、滚筒轴承座损坏等滚筒故障和托辊筒皮磨坏、托辊轴承损坏、托辊弯曲变形损坏等托辊故障进行了详细的分析,并建立了故障树模型,为现场故障诊断提供了依据。同时,通过对同煤集团多个煤矿现役输送机进行数据统计,建立了滚筒与托辊的失效率计算模型,该模型只需代入零部件的使用时间就可以方便的得出失效率,为现场零部件的更换提供了依据。
Rollers and idlers are important parts of coal mine belt conveyors,and their reliability is related to the working efficiency of coal mine transportation system,so it is very necessary to use scientific methods to study the reliability of roller and idler.Through the detailed analysis of the common roller failures,such as rubber covered wear,fracture and open welding of roller body,damage of roller shaft and roller bearing seat,and the idler failures,such as idler skin wear,idler bearing damage and bending deformation damage,the fault tree model was established,which provides the basis for field fault diagnosis.Based on the accident statistics of the existing mine conveyors in Datong Coal Mine Group,the failure rate calculation model of roller and idler was established.The model can easily get the failure rate by inputting the service time of parts,which provides the basis for the replacement of parts on site.
