摘要
以神东公司进口的JOY刮板输送机为对象,根据可靠性指标对其两年内的故障统计数据进行计算,通过对刮板输送机的可靠性分析,有助于掌握进口刮板输送机各部件的可靠性状态,进行可靠性评价,并分析了影响其可靠性的主要因素,最后提出了提高刮板输送机可靠性的对策。
Taking the imported JOY scraper conveyor in Shendong Company as object, according to its reliability index, we analyzed the failure statistical data within two years. Through the reliability analysis of scraper conveyor, we could find the main factors affecting the conveyor reliability, and finally put forward to the measures of improving the reliability of scraper conveyor.
