亚致死剂量联苯菊酯对茶尺蠖子代生长发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为明确亚致死剂量联苯菊酯对茶尺蠖(Ectropis obliqua Prout)子代生长发育的影响,采用浸梢法对茶尺蠖4龄幼虫开展室内生测。以3种亚致死剂量25 g·L^-1联苯菊酯乳油(LC 25、LC 15和LC 10剂量分别为2.70 m g·L^-1、1.81 m g·L^-1和1.37 m g·L^-1)处理该虫4龄幼虫,记录其子代各虫态发育历期、存活虫数及产卵量,并建立种群生命表。结果表明,亚致死剂量联苯菊酯LC 25处理下子代幼虫和蛹的发育历期均显著性延长,LC 15处理可显著延长幼虫的发育历期,LC 10处理则使蛹期显著增加。子代总发育历期经LC 25和LC 15处理后可分别延长2.1 d和1.7 d,而LC 10处理则不明显。此外,LC 25和LC 15处理均可显著降低茶尺蠖子代卵的孵化率,3种低剂量处理茶尺蠖子代世代存活率同样显著低于对照组,但对子代雌成虫寿命和单雌产卵量均无显著影响。种群生命表显示,经LC 25和LC 15处理后茶尺蠖子代种群内禀增长率(r m)、周限增长率(λ)均显著性降低,净增殖率较对照组分别降低42.32%和35.56%。因此,亚致死剂量联苯菊酯降低了茶尺蠖子代存活率、延长了发育历期及减缓了种群发展,并且随着剂量增加影响也越大。 A laboratory bioassay was conducted on the 4 th instar larvae of tea geometrid,Ectropis obliqua Prout,to determine the effect of sublethal dose bifenthrin on the growth and development of the offspring of the exposed insects.The larvae were treated with a sublethal dose of 25 g·L^-1 bifenthrin at LC 25=2.70 m g·L^-1,LC 15=1.81 m g·L^-1 or LC 10=1.37 m g·L^-1.The developmental time,survival rate,and spawning of the progeny were monitored to construct a population life table on the insect.The results showed that the durations of progeny larvae and pupae stages became significantly longer under LC 25 than the less severe treatments.LC 15 significantly retarded the larval development,while LC 10 significantly prolonged the pupal period.Comparing to control,the entire insect development required additional 2.1d under LC 25 and 1.7d under LC 15,but no significant change under LC 10.In addition,either LC 25 or LC 15 significantly reduced the hatching rate of eggs laid by and the survival rates of the progeny of the treated pests over control.On the other hand,the 3 sublethal doses did not significantly affect the lifespan nor the oviposition of the adult female offspring.The constructed population life table showed that,after being treated by LC 25 or LC 15,the progeny populations suffered a significantly decreased intrinsic growth rate(r m)and finite rate of increase(λ)with a net proliferation rate being 42.32%lower by LC 25 and 35.56%by LC 15 than that of control.It appeared that the exposure of E.obliqua to sublethal doses of bifenthrin could reduce the survival rate and impede the development of its progeny,and the pest proliferation would be slowed as a result.The effect was more pronounced at higher insecticide dosage on application.
