校企深度融合下的“特种设备实验课”改革设计

摘要 特种设备涵盖种类多,课程理论知识与经验性知识多且教材内容较为单一,学生学习兴趣低,理论与实际难以结合,学生缺乏针对性指导和有效的科研实践资源,实践能力得不到提升。针对上述问题,哈尔滨理工大学通过以学生为重心,通过校企深度融合,围绕黑龙江省大学生创新创业训练计划项目对“特种设备实验课”进行改革。在老师的启发性教授、针对性指导下,学生们自主讨论,研究了基于移动投影的叉车安全警示系统,解决了叉车运行中容易发生事故的实际问题。同时激发了学生们的创新思维,锻炼了学生们的实践能力与动手能力,也为其他专业课程改革设计指明了方向。 Special equipment covers a variety of types,theoretical knowledge and empirical knowledge of the curriculum are many,and the content of the textbook is relatively single,students'interest in learning is low,theory and practice are difficult to combine,students lack targeted guidance and effective resources for scientific research and practice,and their practical ability can not be improved.In view of the above problems,Harbin University of Technology has reformed the Experimental Course of Special Equipment around Heilongjiang College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program by focusing on students and deeply integrating schools and enterprises.Inspired by the teacher and directed by the students,the forklift safety warning system based on mobile projection is studied,which solves the practical problem of accident prone in the operation of forklift.At the same time,it stimulates students'innovative thinking,exercises students'practical ability and practical ability,and points out the direction of curriculum reform design for other specialties.
