沈阳市特有的产业结构与产业布局为物流园区的建设奠定了产业基础;顺应沈阳市经济发展的趋势,采用定量分析方法对物流需求进行科学预测为物流园区建设提供了理论依据;东西南北四方物流园区的格局构架将助力东北商业区商贸物流中心目标的实现。
The industrial structure and distribution typical of Shenyang have laid the industrial foundation for the construction of logistics parks. To conform to the trend of Shenyang＇s economic development, the thesis will provide a theoretical basis for the construction of logistics parks by means of quantitative analysis. It is finally pointed out that the frame of the logistics parks in Shenyang area will help achieve the goal of building Northeast into a trade and logistics center.
