摘要
目的探讨独活寄生汤加减联合中医骨伤手法在按摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果。方法对乐安县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2017年3月-2018年8月收取的37例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用独活寄生汤加减联合中医骨伤手法按摩治疗,对比中医骨伤手法按摩治疗的37例患者,统计2组治疗有效率、治疗前后VAS评分、腰椎JOA评分。结果观察组治疗总有效为94.59%,高于对照组的75.68%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分(1.23±1.12)分,低于对照组的(3.86±1.05)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组JOA评分(26.53±1.85)分,高于对照组的(19.32±1.78)分,2组评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤加减联合中医骨伤手法按摩治疗可降低患者疼痛感、改善腰椎功能、提升治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction and traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by massage. Methods 37 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in our hospital from March 2017 to August 2018 were treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus traditional Chinese medicine bone injury massage. 37 patients with traditional Chinese medicine bone injury massage were compared. The treatment efficiency, VAS score before and after treatment, lumbar JOA score were counted. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was94.59%, higher than 75.68% of the control group, and the difference was significant(P <0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was(1.23±1.12), lower than that of the control group(3.86±1.05), the difference was significant(P<0.05);the JOA score of the observation group was(26.53 ±1.85), higher than that of the control group(19.32 ±1.78), and there were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine bone injury massage can reduce pain, improve lumbar function and improve the therapeutic effect.
