摘要
目的:探讨独活寄生汤加减联合中医骨伤手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者92例,分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用舒血宁治疗,观察组采用独活寄生汤加减联合中医骨伤手法治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组不良反应发生率和治疗总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤加减联合中医骨伤手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with TCM traumatology manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:92 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with Shu Xue Ning injection,and the observation group was treated with modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with TCM traumatology manipulation.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions and the total effective rate of treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with TCM traumatology manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was significant.
